Traffic light at East Street and water Street will automatically go to pedestrian walk at every cycle. Not sure if this is a joke or not that somebody in the city is doing since this is the 3rd traffic light that functions this way suddenly & it causes lengthy traffic jam specifically on East Street Fix it.
