Camper has parked on 166 Kathy Ellen Drive four months now has moved to other side of street to other dorm drain they are using storm drain for human waste car oil and other debris. We need help this camper has move to the other storm drain. The odor is horrible. If possible can we get street sweeping and something to absorb engine oil from further leakage into storm drains Please we need help.
