On several occasions it has been noted that men are going into the rear of this property, pulling down their trousers and using the bathroom [squatting position]. They then proceed to undress and change into other clothing. Entire process is in the corner near the satellite dish. Police have not had time to respond. Backyard is unsecured as the gate is off the hinges.

10/26/2012 - Service Review: Thanks so much for your communication with Richmond City. This property in question (2912 Barton Ave) is private property. A report has been submitted to Richmond Police to ask them to monitor for trespassing at this lot and the broken fence has been reported to Code Enforcement to inspect - a Real Time report can be submitted to Police Communications at 804-646-5100 and a description can be take before a unit is sent out with more immediate response -
