The recycle bin has been wheel less a month. It gets left on the sidewalk all week and the adjacent private driveway almost daily. Last night, someone put it in the bed of a neighbor's pickup truck. Property Manager has called repeatedly about this issue. Issue escalating with neighbors and property owner is too rude to be helpful.
