Description
Illegal zoning/use of land in a residential neighborhood. This neighbor rents out their residence to party promoters for $$. In return, the promoters throw a party which disrupts the neighborhood. They sell alcohol and bottles (without a liquor license), Hookah, rent out tables, cabanas, and charge an entry free.
This residence is operating as an illegal nightclub. In addition, it is a nuisance to those with families living on this street. This has been going on for three years and enough is enough.

More evidence indicating this homeowner does not care for who lives on this residential street. It is very clear they continue to rent out their home to any party promoter, who charges an entry fee, illegally sells alcohol, has THC vendors (which currently is illegal in CT if over .3%), and let’s anybody come in.
The street continues to flood with people who drive the wrong way (this is a one-way street). When the parties are thrown, it is not uncommon to see 100+ people walking into the home. They even hire a bouncer who pats down guests as they enter.
This is a very clear violation of the Bridgeport Zoning Regulations and is not allowed in a residential neighborhood.
