Another illegal dumping in addition to last weeks report which remains on the the street at the end of Kathy Ellen Drive. There are huge black garbage bags of nasty smelly trash thrown out on the street that are being rummaged through and spreading through the top area of Kathy Ellen Drive. The huge boulders that have been placed at the end to stop the dumpers from driving through at being broken into chunk and removed yo open up the area for vehicle access once again.
