EVERY SINGLE DAY! Right in front of cops and cops don't do a daum thing!

This is New Haven you are talking about. Why are you superised? The NHPD do not deal with quality of life issues. They chaise there tails in the black community trying to kill each other. The other people of the area get nothing from them but parking tickets. That is just ANOTHER reason to shop else where.

I did see someone confront the woman who was doing it and she just started screaming at the other driver. I think she does have a handicapped pass and was flashing her lights but still.... they spend SO much time ticketing and so little time worrying about erratic or strange or just plain rogue driving and parking. it's bad on orange near the hall of records too....
