Thank you for your post. We are currently investigating this concern.

We understand your frustration with this intersection timing and we thank you for your patience as we continue to attend to its remediation. We have identified that the problem is related to a malfunctioning fuse effecting video detection which is causing the flashing red light, or recall mode. While in recall the signal does not extend the permissible left turn causing the backup reported. We are putting the left turn for the onramp in maximum recall to allow more time and expect that we will be able to resolve this issue completely next week.
Please be aware that each SCF request generates a new work order for our crews. Posting about the same issues daily does not assist in our efforts as it stretches investigations and work done across divergent work orders. We are marking the numerous requests associated with this issue as duplicates of 11431585 to consolidate efforts dedicated to this issue at this location.
