This is a five way traffic signal. It stays red on all five sides for over 3 minutes (not a pedestrian walk signal). Traffic on Sargent Drive is backed up now well past the Food Terminal e. Vehicles are makinillegal us turns onto the highway from the middle and the right l to beat the long line of traffic.e. This traffic signal needs to evaluated Drive.
