Okay, this recent issue was submitted more than 2 weeks ago and I have yet to see anything happen regarding the repairs being done as yet.

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.

As these areas have not been properly dealt with and repaired properly this issue is being re-opened and will continue to be until the areas have been cut out , new base installed, compacted and asphalt paving applied properly to allow a smooth continuous surface for the heavy traffic this street gets every day. Please do not close when you patch three or four tiny areas and do not properly address the total areas involved.
