this happens all over town. And it's hard to get the police to enforce it. It would be more efficient for them to deal with it each and every time they see it, and if they can't get to it, at least call it in. Like everything else they -- like most PD's -- are lax about, if they would be more aggressive in their enforcement, people would stop doing it.
Ocean Avenue is perilous enough because of speeding cars. How can anyone walk anywhere with parked cars and bulk trash all over the sidewalk and cars ready to run you over if you step off the curb?
