It's interesting that these are marked closed before being fixed.

The city already knows about this, I saw Councilwoman Newbille personally ask Bobby Vincent of DPW to do something about this at the last 7th District meeting. Doesn't exactly mean that the situation is "closed".

This is a constant problem on SCF. The city closes issues when they acknowledge it, which makes it harder for people to follow the issue, because the City prefers to track issues through the CRS system which is much less transparent and citizen-friendly. I don't think SCF was intended to be used the way the City does. I think the developer of the software meant for issues to remain open to until actually resolved with regular updates being posted by city workers. But that is not happening in Richmond. That said, I am sure when City Hall supervisors look at issue completion metrics from SCF, the amount of issues that have been closed looks impressive.
