Last summer the city mower ran this pipe over and damaged it. I called Beth sabo to come look at it and she sent out someone to fix it but all they did was spray is white, cut it some more and left the rusty metal laying next to it. This is still, if not more a hazard then before. Kids play here and people work their dogs here
