The owners of the home threaten any of the other neighbors that tries to talk to them about their constant disregard for traffic safety, the abandonment of vehicles, towing stolen vehicles up to dump on Laurel Dr., dumping car fluids in the street, etc.

    Abandoned shopping carts on KITSAP COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS ROADS DIVISION parcel 162501-2-008-2006 and have been in this area for weeks. Dick's, Michael's and Dollar Store. Please add to your cart list "various" when there is more than one store involved. Also, Dick's is not on the list.
    There is also a pile of garbage near the creek in Silverdale Wetlands parcel 162501-1-031-2009.
    In addition, the rail fence is either broken or missing in 5 different places.
