Sad that these cats are left to reproduce and not cared for. Maybe reach out to animal control 🥲

Animal control has been called numerous times but nothing has been done, even sent photos of the cats ears full of fleas but nothing has been done. Was told there wasn’t much they can do, the only option is to ask the home owner if they are willing to donate the cats, but unfortunately the home owner past away 3 years ago. Cats are just reproducing left and right and this is not the first time a cat is in the middle of the road laying dead.
