A couple weeks ago I witnessed the tenants at this property empty out all their garbage that were in the garbage cans. She had them upside down and stuffing so much garbage down the storm drain located right in front of their house. She even had a broom to stuff it deeper. Now yesterday I noticed both of their cans in their driveway stuffed over the top with garbage.upon leaving my house today, I saw both cans in the street EMPTY right in front of the storm drain with their garden hose coming from their home inside the drain, perhaps trying to wash it further down? You can see stained liquid on the curb where the drain is. Garbage day is not until Wed. Also, every time I've seen their cans they have been overflowing with garbage. This would be a shame if something should happen in the pipes down there...
