The chimney is disintegrating dropping bricks into the yard
There have been two dead cats found on the property also in the last couple weeks!

The grass still has not been cut the entire year!
There are rodents and mosquitoes!

They are renovating this apartment building and they have left the trash out for about 6 months the employees eat their lunch and their trash is backed up on the front lawn for the last 6 weeks the trash cans overflowing with debris and it's too heavy to even move!
There are numerous rats and mice on the property!
I have asked the workers and the owners politely to please take out the trash and there is even more now!

The grass is over 6 ft tall the entire length of the 1800 block of 1st Avenue

I'm six foot six and you could see their up to my shoulder already rats and mice dozens were found when the grass was cut last fall mosquitoes everywhere!

The feax gas lamp in front of 1808 3rd Avenue is out

The drains are higher in elevation than the street you need to do something about this this is ridiculous that I have to go through a foot of water everyday except during droughts and it's right next to the police station this can't be good for the foundation

You took the time to tear down the building but you left the entrance to the basement on the sidewalk wide-open will people get just fall down into it

There's a sinkhole where the crosswalk is on 1st Avenue heading into the traffic circle and the repaved and never repainted the cross pedestrian crosswalk also the whole traffic circle needs to be repaved

People moved out and left all of their furniture at the trash can around back in the alley there's also lots of branches in the vacant lot
