This would just be a fill with dirt fix I believe, at the pavement/shoulder seam. -

Neighbours, please grab your gallon jugs and help save our trees. If you tie a ribbon around the tree you water, we can note which are in need and which have been watered. I would recommend a few of the 4 litre jugs per tree.
