stop signs are so sun parched that they are white. no red anywhere. need to be replaced.

trash everywhere along Kirby and this intersection, no cleanup at any time during the rodeo. terrible that this is neglected for so long during such a high profile event

Sprinklers on median of road appear to be on continuously.

Shrubs to tall for cars to appropriately see oncoming traffic.

Old TV dumped on side of road.

Temporary traffic strange due to construction needs to be removed, both directions.

Intersection treated often as four way stop and should just be changed as such. Tall landscaping impedes view of showing traffic anyway, so stop signs all around would decrease risk.
