    Morning in Fairhaven: 8am-ish, car speeds into oncoming traffic to pass a car, speeds through stop sign--all this while school buses are picking up kids as they wait on corners and walk to their bus stop and all this in front of a firestation. Great way to start day! Police?

    The revving of loud to very loud motors, to the point where they also disturb the peace by setting off car alarms--Can anything be done? (Not sure of the exact address but put in 40 Pine as a place holder, so , sorry if you live there and are innocent)
