Deskripsyon

Johns bakery on rugby rd has overflowing garbage from his too small commercial bin. Garbage strewn on the street that is attracting rats and pigeons. This is most problematic on weekends. Discussions with the business owner produce no results.

It seems this issue was reported several times by the same person, but it is still an issue. Does John's have so much local pull that CB14 doesn't even respond to this very legitimate complaint?

No this issue has not been fixed. Every Sunday his commercial bin is still overflowing. As a matter of fact this week there have been at least 20 garbage bags on the curb since Tuesday. All other garbage on the block has been picked up except these bags.
