  The woman living in the tent os very aggressive. She started a fire and the Fire Dept. showed up and asked her to put it down and she was furious!! Today she punched and hit an old woman that lives on the encampment on 28th street She is very aggressive. I guess we can’t walk, exercise and do nothing in that area if we want to be alive. This is all falling apart and we tax payers have been left alone, the city seems to be sending us a clear message: “get use to it”

  She is putting up yard decor for gods sake Do something before we have a trash pit next door like the rest of West Oakland. I’m pretty sure Libby and Carol wouldn’t appreciate their new neighbor !
