East alley that connects 105 Street to the main back alley has very bad ruts. 3 cars have gotten stuck in the past 2 days and even the tow trucks have a hard time getting through to get to the stuck cars. Many vehicles have already been damaged and it it going to get worse if there is any sort of freeze. Attached is an email of a tow truck that could not get to a vehicle,
