Description

Houses are shells; already have a sign that they will be demolished within 30 days. HOWEVER, there is a long board hanging out of one of the windows that looks like it could fall at any moment

there is no public access. In the past, there were locks on the outside of the plywood doors, but I think they may have since been kicked in. If I had a ladder, I would grab it myself; one would probably be able to obtain this by placing a ladder on the street.
