Walking northbound on Boulevard, there is no safe, legal way to connect to westbound Decatur st sidewalk to get to King Memorial MARTA. One must either illegally cross Boulevard south of the tunnel, or walk in the south lane on Decatur/Dekalb after coming up the eastern staircase out of the Boulevard tunnel (There is no sidewalk on the south side of the road and no crosswalks to access the sidewalk on the north side). This is a major impediment to Cabbagetown residents using the MARTA. And it's very, very dangerous.
