Description
Major construction including framing, metal work and electrical has been done at this address with no permits. I spoke with the Sean Jefferson and Maria Foxhall and both said they were not getting inspections because they didn’t need to. They do not have a certificate of occupancy and are running two businesses from this site. The electrical panel has been rewired, several outlets simply do not work causing overloading on the ones that do work. The roof leaks above the printer in the hallway. They built a second floor in one area with limited height. In one area you have to duck under some pipes to sit at a desk. There are no permanent stairs to the second floor, currently someone has to use a ladder to access the second floor office.
