yeah, because if they are leg-less, they are not roofers, If they have Legs, they do NOT need to be in a handicap parking spot. That INCLUDES all of you "handicap-placard" fat-tards who park in the Handicap spaces at the stores, if you WALKED, you would not be FAT.
