this pole with a street light on it, is it in fact a street light????? The light is ON, then OFF, then ON, then OFF, and all this is happening when all the other street lights are ON!!!!!!!! How can it be called a street light???? It seems to be a "Whenever it decides to be ON or OFF" light on a telephone pole. It certainly is NOT a street light!!!!!
