The Utilities Maintenance section inspected this claim on 12/23/13 with regards to the previous report (http://seeclickfix.com/issues/854576) and found that the leaking is not coming from the meter, but from a galvenized pipe that is on the customer's side of the meter, making it the responsibility of the customer/home owner to repair.
