Description

A beige car regularly (any day it can't get within 5 spots of the gym) parks illegally in front of the handicap parking spot. This makes it difficult to access the handicap spot and for traffic to approach the light without passing into the left side of the road due to the curve of the road. This happens between 6 and 8am.
