This is absolutely disgraceful on the part of New Haven ignoring this area. I've seen plows, dump trucks, etc. parked in front of that poor liquor store and not one of them has helped him dig out. The landlord/property manager should also be ashamed for neglect. I thought the city was fining property owners for not shoveling their sidewalks for pedestrians?
