It is now more than a year since the storm damaged the tree. Since city removed the fallen top half two weeks after the storm, it was aware that the trunk remained. Reported here almost three months ago and acknowledged by city a month ago. What is the schedule for removing tree trunks that are "prioritized for action"?

Tree broke in half during Superstorm Sandy on 10/29/12. Was "prioritized for action" a year later. It remains more almost three years later. When will it be removed?
