Graffiti on concrete wall between houses leading to open space on hill. Address is approximate, located at intersection of Bristol and Sandhurst. One tag before the locked gate and one behind locked gate. Will attemp to attach two photos.... On iPhone it appears I can only attach one photo. Second tag is easily seen thru locked gate on site.
