Public Works constantly leaves trash and recycling toters in the middle of people's driveways, blocking them, instead of putting them back on the grass next to driveways after pickup. They are also sometimes left on the street in front of driveways, or left knocked over in the middle of driveways.

This is sloppy work and shows a lack of care, and makes the street look like a mess on pickup day.
