Descrição
There is a large oak tree on the southwest corner of Norton and Elm that has a big forked limb (so effectively two large branches) that is dead and overhangs the sidewalk. I am concerned that it could break off and fall on a pedestrian passing underneath. Since the tree is in the apron I assume it is the responsibility of the city to remove the limb.
