Hello I am writing to report the on ramp to I-91 using the ramp entrance from State St. I am aware that I have a "YIELD" and need to be sure no one is coming from the orange street ramp. However I STOP instead. When entering the I-91 Ramp from Orange St, I also stop before the on ramp from State St. becasue very seldom do I see anyone slow down by the "yield" or make sure the road is clear. I am very worried that their will be a severe accident their some day. I believe their needs to be a BIG STOP sign on the ramp entrance from state st. instead of the yield sign that is not to big and is placed right at the entrance way.
