does referred me back to Ddot for this but the category doesn't fit:. ddots contractor C&D's truck had left oil or hydrolic fuel all over Foxhall historic district streets including the 4500 block of Q St., NW. The mess needs to be addressed and abated. Actually, C&D has done a good job they just need to repair their equipment.
