Sorry - you don't understand. That was city work done after the road was redone by the city. You (the City) didn't do a proper job and left it very steep. I thought you should be responsible for the quality of your work? Sounds good that you agree it is very steep and you probably saw the scratch marks.

And sorry if I wasn't clear- the hump at the top of the driveway (where cars are scraping) was not there before the city did it's road work. The asphalt laid down after the new pavement went in went in with a hump that leads to scraping undersides of cars. Private property but city work was done on it as a result of the pavement/road re-do. I am asking for the city to fix the bad job it did.
