April is large hunk waist collection months. You’re supposed to put it out so they can come by and collect it.

It has been out there several weeks. Last night someone used some of it to vandalize adjacent property

It is a violation to place heavy trash prior to the Friday before the scheduled collection date.
1st Offense: $50 - $1,000
2nd Offense: $100 - $1,500
3rd Offense: $200 - $2,000

Sounds like they put it out way too early. Hopefully it gets picked up and the problem is cleared
