someone came to apply a temporary fix to this hole but it is already deteriorating again. please provide a permanent solution within the promised 45 days of the initial request.

This was filled with a termporary filler and it is already just as bad again. Will this actually be fixed or will the city just keep giving temporary solutions? It's like putting a band aid on a broken arm.
