A. Section of Concrete curb was broken while a COH contractor was removing C&D debris generated when replacing sidewalks earlier this year. Surface runoff has caused sediment to accumulate along the curb to a point that storm water is blocked and long term pooling is occurring in the city street. Vegetation is also growing in the sediment.
