I absolutely agree. I can't even use the sidewalk, because it is blocked by people laying down and all their debris/possessions. My girlfriend refuses to walk to the train station because of this mess. It's unsafe, unclean, and unfair to the neighborhood.

Also agree; I think many feel sorry for these people, so nothing gets done. However, I think if they were to move to a shelter, they would probably have a higher quality of life, wouldn't they??
