3 days after the snow, sidewalk still not cleared.

Thank you for reporting the site to the Town. We will be dispatching our inspector to the site to evaluate the sidewalk. Please allow us up to two days to conduct the inspection and contact the appropriate parties.

5 days after the snow is not an acceptable response time to issue tickets for failing to clear the sidewalk. This needs to be done as soon as legally permissible. People need to be able to walk on the sidewalk!

The Engineering Department currently does not have the ability to inspect sidewalks for snow compliance on weekends. All owners are allowed 24 hours after the end of the storm to clear the walks. This particular storm ended Friday morning and all owners had until at least Saturday morning to clear their walks. We have begun the inspections this morning (Monday 11/19/2018)

The owner has been contacted and we are working towards getting the sidewalk cleared.
