Nope. I guess there is some insane backlog, and only one 4x4 pickup truck going around the city. I've seen it pass by! Though maybe soon we'll be getting the bigger recycling bins and the smaller trash bins?

Have you tried going to their headquarters? I just went to their HQ over on Middletown ave (which is about 2 min away from Mechanic) and picked two of them up. Took all of ten minutes.
