Kudos on the amazing roadwork, yeah! But the "smart light" at that 3 way intersection is now no longer sensing when cars are on Chavez and need to turn. Nine out of ten times (not an exaggeration) cars will be stopped both ways on Riverside as they try and pass through East or West. Please help!
