Today around 1:30 PM I witnessed a man masturbating outside of his car just in front of the East Rock Magnet School.
He was behind a blue Infiniti. Once I yelled out to him to stop what he was doing he got into his car and proceeded to chase me down Eagle St to Nichol yelling threatening remarks at me. I called the cops and filed a report. This is simply a notice to please be aware in this East Rock neighborhood- specifically near Mechanic, Eagle and Nash Street. The attached picture is pulled from my neighbors sexirtuty camera showing the man and his car.
