Still waiting for resolution, heavy sewage odor while flooded.

I think someone should call Public Works on Monday. This request was originally opened on 6/28/19. Public works acknowledged a day later. Somehow this has gotten off their radar. You need to get this back on track.

The Boulevard is Ct. Rte.10 it is the not a city street, it is maintained by Ct, DOT.

Oh, does that mean the report should be made elsewhere and not SCF?

Connecticut State DOT doesn't monitor this site. They are great with fixing potholes entered directly on their website which can be found here: https://www.dotdata.ct.gov/contacts/contactus.aspx?topic=34

Does that mean that the person who created the request on behalf of Mrs. Pappas(likely non technologically inclined as she did not enter herself to SCF) but called into LCI to report who turned around and completed the SCF... Will LCI also enter the report to dotdata.ct site?

We do at Public Works but we also encourage the resident as well. State DOT is great with answering resident's pothole requests.
