Ridiculous, City works can't do it right the first time. Waste of time and tax dollars!

Pretty sure that it is different crews that do the underground repair and that pour the concrete. The gravel is just to get it passable until the crew can come out in the right weather to pour concrete.

Looked like City of Houston truck with 1 guy was out there about 30 min ago

Dairy Ashford between Westheimer and Westpark Tollway needs to be repacked. It’s in a miserable condition. Heavy traffic is making it worse .
