Aggressive/distracted driver to report. The driver with DC tags EF 3479. Incident on April 3, 2013 around 6:15pm. Driver nearly hit cyclist as s/he turned into cyclists' lane. Then ran red light. Dangerous! Video available online at https://vimeo.com/63368077

Unfortunately due to lack of any enforcement by MPD, red lights do not mean you have to stop in the District at red lights. Every commuter knows this and take red to mean three more cars can go and even stop and block the intersection.
