Not an option on the app for what? Department of Neighborhoods does not handle New Construction Projects. I forward the compliant to 311 that's the reason I left my name, if 311 have any questions they will call me.

That's correct. I report it under "Other" give a detail description of the violation, and leave my contact info so if they have any questions they can contact me.
